MIDDLE EASTERN AFRICAN SPICE TIN WITH SARI WRAP

This selection of spices was produced by Spice Kitchen in collaboration with Tom Perkins author of Spice and Spandex, a journal of Tom’s bike ride from London to South Afrcia experiencing the cookling and artisan cuisine along the way of this 501day journey.

– Ras el Hanout (20g)

– Pul Biber/Aleppo Pepper (20g)

A 19cm spice tin with lid and 7 separate, removable spice jars. Metal spoon included. Spices are seperately wrapped and sealed within the spice jars, for freshness and to prevent spillage in transit. All wrapped in sarfi cloth for a splash or colour!
