For a delicious treat pop a brie or camember into this lidded dish and bake until the cheese is goo-ey and melted. Serve with sliced bread or crackers and chutney.

Also delicious with Feta cheese – place a few sliced red onions and chilli into the baker before the cheese for an extra flavour kick. A trick learned on Corfu and a tasty addition to an al fresco meal !
